Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our fast-growing technology company. As a critical member of the leadership team, the CFO will be tasked with driving our financial strategy and ensuring the long-term financial stability of the company. The CFO will have a passion for technology and a track record of success in related industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company’s financial planning and analysis efforts, including financial modeling, forecasting, and planning.
  • Develop and execute investment strategies that support the growth and expansion of the company, including fundraising and managing relationships with venture capital firms and investors.
  • Ensure proper cash management and maintain sufficient liquidity to support operations.
  • Oversee the finance, people and culture, and office management functions of the company.
  • Use technology to streamline financial processes and provide real-time reporting and analysis.
  • Oversee treasury management, tax planning, and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior finance role, with a strong track record of success in an early startup environment
  • At least 8-10 years of related experience (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, fundraising, cash management, and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Proficiency in using financial management software
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic thinker who is comfortable identifying and seizing growth opportunities
  • A CPA designation is a plus, as well as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
