Pipers® inspect pipelines for leaks, deposits, and metal loss to mitigate safety and performance issues and optimize pipeline integrity programs. The results are provided in a GIS portal with the option to download the pipe tally.
The results of an inspection will be visualized in the INGU Pipeline Viewer (IPV). The IPV consists of two parts:
IPV map – An interactive GIS environment showing the pipeline path and the inspection results on a satellite map
IPV table – A table with the pipe tally listing the inspection results
An example of the map is shown in above figure. As can be seen in the legend, all inspection results are marked on the pipeline path.

The IPV map has the following options:
Zoom and pan
Filter on the features listed in the legend
Hover over or click on a feature to get details
Add comments to the pipe tally
IPV Table
The table contains the pipe tally and has the following options:
Scroll through the data
Select an entry to zoom to its location on the map
Add comments per feature
Export the pipe tally to an Excel file
