You can download the latest version of the Pipers® readout application here: G4 Readout Application A4.V1.5

Installation

Run the INGU_Piper_Readout_App_setup.exe installer shared with you. The default install location will be C:\Users\%your username%\AppData\Local\Programs\INGU Piper Readout Application

System requirements

  • Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit (Home or Pro edition) recommended. Older versions of Windows are not supported.
  • USB Type-A 2.0 or 3.0 port.
  • Quad core processor or better recommended.
  • 4GB RAM recommended.
  • Local disk space:
    • At least 300MB available disk space for installation.
    • 8GB of available disk space for data files from the Pipers® during readout.


When reading out the Pipers®, please save the files on your local computer first before transferring them to a shared drive such as OneDrive, SharePoint or Google Drive.
